Infospots #
Info spots are tabspots without a specific task. They are often used to mark start and end points or other interesting places in the game or to give hints.
However, with a little creativity, infospots can also be used for exciting tasks, e.g. by using the check-in type itself as a solution method. Asking players to search for a QR code in an infospot with a QR code check-in and check in is ultimately also a kind of task.
Ultimately, however, there is only one “right” with infospots – the players complete the infospot. There is no “wrong” here.
Quests #
Quest are tabspots where you can add a specific task with different solution types in addition to the description. These include text tasks, multiple choice questions, photo and video tasks, estimation tasks and much more.
The player can solve a puzzle spot correctly or incorrectly.
Voting tasks #
Voting tasks are the same as puzzle spots. However, there are other solution types that have been specially developed for voting.
Also, unlike the puzzle spots, there is no “wrong” here.
