Step 1 – Create new event #
On the welcome page of our backend you will find current news, your administration and account settings as well as an overview of your already created events.
With a click on the plus symbol in the upper left corner of the event overview or the red button in the lower right corner of the browser, you can directly create a new event.
Step 2 – Set event title #
The second step is to give your event an exciting name.
Step 3 – Set event coordinate #
The event coordinate is NOT the same like a starting point for your players. Additionally the start coordinate must also be set for quiz, indoor and online events!
The event coordinate is used to convert the event times especially for events abroad (local time of the event and German server time). In addition you can search later around the event coordinate for already existing tabspots within your database!
You can set the position by clicking on the map, by entering an address or coordinate!
Step 4 – Save #
By saving the first three steps, your event will be stored in the database. You will then be automatically redirected to the event dashboard and the event configuration. There you can do further setups like branding, app features and so on.
If you like you can skip the event configuration to create your first content as quests and puzzles.
