Advanced Operator Training.

The Operator Training is offered to all partners who already have experience in using our Serious Games Software.

Our Advanced Operator Training is not free of charge. Please refer to our announcement or ask for an individual date.

Cancellation of the registration is possible free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the start of the workshop. Cancellation fees are waived if the cancellation is made up to 2 weeks before the event, provided that an alternative date is agreed. If no alternative date is agreed, cancellation fees of 25% of the agreed fee must be paid. In case of cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the seminar, cancellation fees in the amount of 25 % will be charged if an alternative date is agreed upon. If no alternative date is agreed upon, 50 % of the agreed fee will be due as cancellation fee. For cancellations that occur even later, a cancellation fee of 50% must be paid if an alternative date is agreed upon. Otherwise, the full fee for the cancelled seminar must be paid.

The Advanced Operator Trainings are for users who already have experience with our Serious Games Software. Beyond that, however, there are no further special access requirements.
