You will immediately receive a confirmation and some information regarding the access. You do not need to prepare further for the appointment!

Training

Our Operator Training can take place online as well as in presence. Please note the details in the announcement. In addition to exciting input, there is room for exchange and questions, depending on the number of participants!

Follow-up

After the Operator Training you should not hesitate and continue with the implementation of what you have learned in order to stabilize the acquired knowledge!

For which target group is the Advanced Operator Training offered?

The Operator Training is offered to all partners who already have experience in using our Serious Games Software.

Is the Operator Training free of charge?

Our Advanced Operator Training is not free of charge. Please refer to our announcement or ask for an individual date.

On which dates do the Operator Training training courses take place?

The Advanced Operator Training course take place at regular intervals, so that dates can already be secured six months in advance. If you cannot find a suitable date for you and your team, please contact us and we will try to take your needs into account when planning future Operator Training courses. Alternatively, we can also offer you individual site-specific training sessions. Just get in touch with us!

Can I cancel or rebook a booked Operator Training course?

Cancellation of the registration is possible free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the start of the workshop. Cancellation fees are waived if the cancellation is made up to 2 weeks before the event, provided that an alternative date is agreed. If no alternative date is agreed, cancellation fees of 25% of the agreed fee must be paid. In case of cancellation up to 1 week before the start of the seminar, cancellation fees in the amount of 25 % will be charged if an alternative date is agreed upon. If no alternative date is agreed upon, 50 % of the agreed fee will be due as cancellation fee. For cancellations that occur even later, a cancellation fee of 50% must be paid if an alternative date is agreed upon. Otherwise, the full fee for the cancelled seminar must be paid.

Do the Operator Training courses have an entry requirement?

The Advanced Operator Trainings are for users who already have experience with our Serious Games Software. Beyond that, however, there are no further special access requirements.
