Within our Serious Games Software, you always have the choice between a basic event and a professional event. Depending on which type of event you choose, you have a few more or fewer features to choose from in the event settings and in the event dashboard.
Our basic event features already provide you with everything you need to create exciting events (including all the necessary task types, branding options and storytelling settings).
In the professional event, you primarily get access to the so-called live features. These include the operator call, chat, team visibility, gadgets and the event review.
