This article is especially for our partners in the pay-per-use model.
A billing log is created for each of your played events – either directly after the end of the event or at the end of the month at the latest. This contains important information such as the number of teams played, tickets purchased and other relevant details.
In the admin area of our online editor, you can view your current monthly invoice at any time, including a preview and all associated billing logs for your events.
Important note: The invoice preview is not updated in real time! The invoice preview will be calculated and updated once a day at midnight.
If an event has been completed and you notice that the data in the log is incorrect, you can comment on this by the third day of the following month at the latest. We will then check your request carefully and make any necessary adjustments.
Please note that each log can only be commented on once. Therefore, please only comment on logs of events that have already been completed. Events whose logs are not created until the end of the month due to a longer duration should therefore only be commented on at the end of the month.
Conscious and responsible use #
We would like to ask you to use our flexible pay-per-use pricing model consciously and responsibly. The following measures will help:
- Deactivate unused live events – prevent unnecessary billing!
- Tests in live mode only by prior arrangement – this keeps billing fair and transparent!
- Only register test devices in live events as admin devices – this prevents unexpected costs.
- Categorize events correctly – make sure that your events are correctly recorded as events, open applications and as commercial or non-commercial.
