In the widget “User Interaction” of your event dashboard, you can view and manage your players’ solution trials at any time. The following options are available to you:
1. Delete attempted solutions #
You can delete attempted solutions using the trash can icon. After deleting and reloading the task list or map in the Scavenger Hunt App or Web App, the respective player of the attempted solution can play the task again.
2. Edit attempted solutions #
You can also adjust existing solution trials – either from “correct” to “incorrect” or vice versa! For example:
- Photo tasks are initially scored as “correct” by default. If a photo does not meet the requirements when you check it, you can change the rating to “incorrect”.
- If a spelling mistake in text tasks leads to an incorrect assessment, you can correct the assessment and set the attempted solution to “correct” in order to be accommodating.
You can also award bonus points using the pencil symbol. Simply enter the desired point value and the changes will be applied directly to the respective player of the attempted solution.
3. Create new solution attempts #
You can use the plus symbol at the top left of the widget to manually create a new solution attempt for a team. As soon as the player/team concerned updates the app, the task is automatically displayed as played.
