The event review is a great way to round off your professional event with an emotional finale and celebrate the winners in style.
The event review is an animated graphic that visualizes the progress of your event based on the points scored in a given period of time. It is best to use this function to give your event a grand finale.
Recommendation: Always include the event review at the end of your event. Ideally, all you need is a screen, a projector and a way to play music. If this is not possible, you can also share the review digitally with your participants or play it on a mobile device.
Important note: The event review can only be used for professional events.
How to use the event review #
1. Add widget – In the event dashboard, click on the red pencil at the bottom right and add the review widget to your dashboard. The widget will then be displayed at the bottom of your dashboard.
2. Customize settings – There are numerous customization options available in the review:
- Branding: Customize the review with your logo or design.
- Music: Add suitable music to enhance the effect.
- Playback duration: Specify how long the review should be played.
- Publication: Decide whether the review should be publicly accessible.
- Team selection: Determine which teams should be displayed in the review.
Please note #
The event review only takes into account points earned during the official event period.
Points collected in demo mode are not included. Subsequent manipulation of scores outside of the event time will also not be included in the review.
If points are subsequently adjusted manually, make sure that the timestamp of the attempted solution is within the event time.
