Participants can now record longer videos. Instead of the previous limit of 15 seconds, you now have video tasks with a recording time of up to 30 seconds – which can be integrated directly into your existing and new video tasks.
What's new with video tasks in espoto?
When creating a video task in the espoto online editor, you can now easily select how long the video can be:
- 15 seconds
- 30 seconds
The setting is made directly in the respective tab spot and can be flexibly adapted to the respective task format.

- These are uploaded to our servers after the task is completed.
- This can affect the data volume and mobile phone tariffs of the participants.
- Even a few 30-second videos can consume more data than several short clips.
Our assessment: Thanks to today’s widespread 5G networks, uploading 30-second videos is usually not a problem.
Exclusively for key account partners: even longer videos
For our key account partners, we even offer significantly longer recording times for video tasks on request, for example:
- 60 seconds
- 120 seconds
- 180 seconds
We deliberately make these options available only to experienced users, as they require a well-thought-out task structure and objectives.
